To better reflect the elevated nature of our service, we’ve updated the names of our membership tiers:

  • Dōma Prime (formerly Dōma Basic)

  • Dōma Concierge (formerly Dōma Prime)

These changes are purely cosmetic—your existing benefits remain unchanged unless you choose to upgrade. For new clients, the new tier structure reflects expanded benefits and flexibility.

With busy seasons and shifting schedules in mind, we've introduced several updates to make managing your membership even more seamless:

Hour Rollover
Now, unused service hours carry forward—giving you more freedom to adapt as life gets busy. Prime members can roll over up to 1 hour/month, while Concierge members can carry forward up to 6 hours/month.

Flexible Inspection Scheduling
Whether you prefer monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual inspections, your plan now adapts to your lifestyle and your property’s needs.

Improved Value for Concierge Members
Clients who need 5+ hours/month now receive even greater value, along with 24/7 coverage, zero subcontractor markup, and top-tier responsiveness.

These updates are already live for new members, while current members retain their pricing through the end of 2025—with the option to upgrade anytime.

Exclusive Spring Offer

If you choose to upgrade your plan by May 31, we’ll roll over any unused hours from April and add one complimentary hour to your first upgraded month—our way of saying thank you for your trust.

Complimentary Roof Inspection This Month Only

We’ve partnered with Black Diamond Construction to offer all members a complimentary roof inspection this month. As Texas moves into summer storm season, it’s a timely way to catch minor issues before they become costly problems.
